Spice Rub: In a small bowl, mix together Texas Style Spicy Seasoning Rub by RubWise generously all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Marinate: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to marinate. Grill the Ribs: If using a charcoal grill, place the ribs on the side of the grill away from direct heat. If using a gas grill, turn off one burner and place the ribs on that side. Slow Cook the Ribs: Grill the ribs for about 2.5 to 3 hours, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have developed a nice bark.
