How did we get our start?

Flexcut Tool Company, Inc. was founded in 1986, under the name of Falls Run Woodcarving, primarily as a custom carving shop and woodcarving school. In 1992, Flexcut began manufacturing a new breed of woodcarving tools to address the needs of the modern hobbyist and professional.

Sharpen your V and sweep and U gouges to a razor’s edge. The coarse texture left from a hard Arkansas stone creates fragile speaks on the edge which tend to break down more quickly as the tools is being used.
Features a number of different profiles to match all of your different tools. A smoother, polished edge is not only sharper, but will last longer due to its more uniform surface.
Includes 1 ounce bar of Flexcut Gold Polishing Compound. It has been specially formulated to apply to the strop like a crayon and quickly polish hardened steels.
