The handle is double-riveted and made of composite oak wood. This set contains 6 forks. Other sets available include 1, 2 or 6 knives and/or forks. The fork is 8″ long, full tang, with a mirror finish, and made of molybdenum vanadium stainless steel, which is durable, and corrosion resistant. Hardness is 56-59 RC.
