This book by far is one of the nicest cookbooks Iâve seen. The recipes are easy to follow and delicious and the imagery is top tier. You can feel, see and experience the quality in every page. Best Barbecue Cookbook w/ Unique and Classic Recipes
Wow!!! I saw this book at the top of a search for best cookbooks for a smoker and damn if it hasn’t changed our lives!! The chicken wing recipes alone are worth every penny of the purchase price (and there are MANY!). Tony’s background is Cajun Filipino and let me tell you, it’s unlike anything we’ve ever tasted before. He shares some game-chsnging techniques, including how to get the PERFECT crispy chicken wing – on a SMOKER!! It’s possible, and totally amazing. Tony’s ability to layer complex flavors into life-changing experiences will blow you away. We are more impressed with every recipe we try, and we are determined to make every permutation of chicken wing listed.
