Why is there only sound and no picture when connecting a TV stick?

Due to copyright restrictions, some devices or apps may not support third-party playback. We recommend trying other devices with legitimate copyright or apps that don’t have such restrictions.

Why isn’t my wireless CarPlay connecting?

Make sure your car’s wired CarPlay works properly and that the Car TV Mate Pro is successfully connected (the indicator light should be blue). Too many saved Bluetooth connections on your phone can interfere—clear your Bluetooth history and try again
