Right smoker, wrong house…
I love the smoker. I wasn’t happy having it delivered 4 houses away. Thank God for honest people. My delivery said it was handed to the resident. ? Really. My neighbor shouldn’t serve as a delivery man. Our addresses have one numer the same? It said it was delivered by usps not amazon.

I am loving this grill. It is inexpensive and it works well. My son has been grilling and smoking lots of meat. Great temperature control. You wonât be disappointed.

Stupid and ridiculous.
First: Instructions? Hahahahaha. No. No instructions of any worth. Just basically an engineering diagram that you need a magnifying glass to read. Hope you’re good at Legos, cuz they don’t really tell you how to put this together. I figured it out, but these instructions are terrible.Second: Shoddy quality. Cheap flimsy steel. Paint didn’t cure as much as it just basically started peeling when I lit a fire to 350 degrees.Third, and most importantly: This was engineered wrong. The bottom fuel pan has no air intake holes, grill, screen, or anything. Lighting a fire in that pan means the air comes from outside the edges of the pan and has to be pulled down into the fuel. This isn’t how any smokers work. You cannot stabilize fuel heat that way, which is VITAL for properly smoking ANYTHING.On the first batch of chicken, something that normally takes 90 minutes, I fought this dang thing for TWO AND A HALF HOURS trying to stabilize the heat. Once the chicken was done, I put out the fire, removed the bottom pan, grabbed a power drill, and popped 12 1/4″ holes in the bottom. This vastly improved the smoker’s functionality for another batch of chicken, a batch of ribs, and two culottes for our BBQ. But I shouldn’t be doing the manufacturer’s job for them like so.This smoker is trash. To make it work, you need to drill holes in it. No.

Not a good choice.
Missing screws to put together. But the biggest problem is that it will not get hot enough. My old one had holes in the bottom pan so air could flow up between the coals. This one does not have the holes so it doesnât get over 200 degrees.
