Indulge in a zesty twist on the classic potato salad with our Buffalo Blue Cheese Potato Salad. Made with tender red potatoes, tangy blue cheese, and a kick of Lane’s One-legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce, this flavorful side dish is perfect for your next outdoor gathering or barbecue.
Directions
Place chopped red potatoes in a large pot and fill with water. Bring to a boil then reduce to medium low. Simmer 10 minutes or until preferred tenderness. Drain and cool.
In a large bowl stir together mayonnaise, blue cheese, pickles, chopped boiled eggs, red onion, celery, ½ cup One-legged chicken buffalo sauce, SPG seasoning, and black pepper.
Once cooled add potatoes and gently mix together until fully incorporated.
For best results allow to cool overnight in the refrigerator. You can add more or less of any ingredient to your preferred tase! – Enjoy
