Directions

Mix 2 Tablespoons of Lane’s Nashville Hot with 2 cups of buttermilk. Pour into a sealable bag or container over chicken breast. Allow to sit refrigerated for 2-24hrs.

Mix 2 cups of flour with 1 Tablespoon of Lane’s Nashville Hot, and 1 Tablespoon of baking powder.

One piece at a time, go from buttermilk to flour mixture, back to buttermilk, then into the flour for a second time.

Once all pieces are coated. Bring oil / animal fat up to 360°F and place chicken inside. Cook until an internal temp of 165°F.

Toast the hoagie buns with butter and place sliced chicken inside

Mix 1 bottle of Lane’s One Legged Chicken buffalo sauce with 4 Tablespoons of Lane’s Lil Spicy and drench the chicken on the hoagie bun.

Place provolone cheese and melt over the top.

Take a big bite and Enjoy!!!
