1, The stainless steel cable (silver wire) of the probe is not waterproof, please don’t wash or rinse directly with water or immerse in water, or it will affect the probe reading, please clean the probes with a wet rag carefully, then dry them at once.
2, If the temperature is not correct, please dry it with a blow dryer to try again.
3, And please don’t put the probe and cable too close to the fire source or where the temperature exceeds 300°C/570 °f, which may damage the probe wire.
4,If the probes or cable touch water, you can dry it by hair drier or by putting them in the oven，150C（302F）for about 30 mins, (only the probe and cable, dont put the plug in the oven)
