Great little smoker
Great little smoker. Was a super pain in the butt to put together. I have smoked a salmon and St. Louis style spare ribs and it did a great job on both. My next challenge will be to smoke a brisket.

Great Entry Smoker/BBQ
This is a very cheap smoker that does the job. Easy to assemble and easy to use. Using the water bowl gives stable temps around 200-250F but puts out a crazy amount of condensation which I did not like. Without the water bowl I can get temps between 250-400F. Controlling temperature is difficult since there is only 1 vent. Additional vents would make this much easier. Overall this is a great option for travel BBQ or a low budget entry level rig for someone new to smoking and BBQ.

Super Dope
Grill was pretty easy to put together although things do get loose and you have to tighten it up sometimes and the latches get hot on the side if you take the two grill sections apart while the grill is in use but it’s not that serious. Other than that this grill is dope as HELL!

Burns up charcoal quickly.
We have had a smoker for about 40 years. It finally rusted out in the bottom after so many years. This new one does not have a closed bottom, so it burns the charcoal up very quickly. Better be ready to add more if you want your meat to cook properly.

Great smoker.
Great for smoking pork shoulders. Smoked the pork shoulder for 8 hours, fell from the bone and juicy.
