I was blown away by the depth of this book. Itâs not just for meat lovers, there are fantastic plant-based options too. Small print hard to read
It has alot of recipes but the print is small that is why I gave it 3 stars its hard for me to read it unless I have right in front of my eye balls It should also come in large print for people like me that has a hard time reading the fine print

Ready to Smoke
I want to leave an honest review but haven’t had the chance to really go through the book. 2 quick points: type is extremely small, so I can’t read it without glasses; there are no photos, which I am okay with, just thought people would like to know. Book looks well written with temps, times, recommended smoking wood. Also recipes look well laid out. The bonus content is very nice, there are 7 books and charts. I especially like the rubs, marinade, and sause recipes and the quick reference for wood pairings with type of meat. I will update my rating after I have a chance to actually make a couple of these recipes.

I bought this thinking Iâd just use it for weekend ribs, but now Iâm using it almost daily! The smoked queso dip and Texas Twinkies were party favorites, and even the smoker-fired pizza came out amazing. What I loved was the brisket! Just amazing. The writing is friendly and motivating, and the variety of recipes keeps things exciting. Easily one of the best grilling resources out there.
